Join Us for Our Three-Day Spring Break Tune-Up!
Designed for high school (Grade 9-12) club athletes eager to refine their skills and stay competitive as they move into the second half of their seasons, these high-intensity sessions will be led by Aspiring Athlete Coaches, along with current and former pro & collegiate athletes. With limited spaces available each week, athletes will receive personalized coaching and a competitive training environment to elevate their game.
📅 Dates & Location:
Week 1: Tuesday, March 18 – Thursday, March 20
⏰ Time: 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM (Grade 9-10)
Week 2: Tuesday, March 25 – Thursday, March 27
⏰ Time: 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM (Grade 9-10)
⏰ Time: 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Grade 11-12)
📍 Location: BC Prep Gym, 15358 67 Ave Unit 107, Surrey, BC V3S 7C6
Camp Focus:
Athletes will refine their skills through high-intensity training and competitive gameplay. Each session includes individual skill development, small group training, and gameplay to reinforce learning in a competitive environment.
Snack Break:
A short break will be provided to keep athletes fueled and focused. We recommend bringing a quick snack such as an energy bar, fruit, or smoothie to recharge before gameplay for the last 60 minutes.
