Six-Week Skills Series

This program is designed for beginner to intermediate-level players. Led by our Aspiring Athlete coaches, local club coaches, and former collegiate athletes, we ensure high-quality instruction that promotes both growth and inspiration in every participant. Each group will have a minimum coach-to-athlete ratio of 1:8. Training sessions will focus on essential skills such as serving and receiving, blocking, defense, setting, and attacking. Every week, athletes will apply these skills in live game scenarios, enhancing their technical and tactical abilities throughout the series.

At the end of each session, we’ll dedicate 10 minutes for a group discussion and stretch, giving athletes the chance to ask questions while creating a supportive, inclusive, and motivating environment.

Location: Dr. Charles Best Secondary School Gym
Duration: Fridays, September 27th – November 8th, 2024 (6 weeks)

  • No practice Friday, October 25th
