Elevate your game with our Strength & Conditioning program, complemented by targeted turf training. This program is specifically designed to meet your position and development needs, focusing on enhancing strength, speed, and agility to maximize your athletic performance.

Requirements?
Male athletes in grades 7-9 with an athletic background, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude are encouraged to join.

Program Length:
8 weeks — October 21st to December 11th

Coach:
Led by Maleki Harris, a former CFL player with 5 years of professional experience with the Calgary Stampeders and BC Lions. Maleki also played Division 1 football at South Alabama University, where he was an All-American. His extensive coaching background includes CFL Camps, private and small group lessons in BC, and high school coaching in the U.S. Maleki’s expertise and experience will provide invaluable guidance throughout the program.
