CAMPS

Our AAthlete Camps are designed to provide high school club athletes, with specialized training to enhance skills, improve game strategy, and build confidence. We offer both Seasonal Camps and Prep Camps, tailored to meet the specific needs of athletes at various stages of their development.

All camps are always led by a team of highly qualified coaching staff, including experienced AAthlete coaches, former university players, professional athletes, and more. Participants will receive expert guidance in a supportive and competitive environment, focusing on both individual growth and group dynamics.

Spring Break Camps

Our Spring Break Camps are designed as short, high-intensity training sessions aimed at sharpening in-season performance and addressing key areas for improvement. These camps also incorporate mental performance strategies, helping athletes enhance their focus and resilience for optimal mid-season results.

Prep Camps

Prep Camps are specialized, pop-up training sessions designed to provide athletes with focused, high-intensity preparation for key events like club tryouts, Team BC selections, college showcases, and more. Tailored to refine skills and boost confidence, Prep Camps help athletes perform at their best when it matters most.

Summer Camps

Our Summer Camps offer intensive training sessions designed to enhance technical, tactical, and physical performance during the offseason, with a focus on positional training to refine specific skills.

Winter Camps

Winter Camps provide intensive training sessions designed to help athletes transition from school to club seasons, with a focus on defensive and serve receive systems to enhance overall performance.
