Our small-group (max 4) strength and conditioning sessions are designed to provide personalized feedback while allowing athletes to share the cost with teammates. Whether your focus is on building strength, improving speed and agility, or enhancing your cardio, our pricing options ensure that elite training is accessible to all.
Pricing Plans:
Standard Pricing (Per Athlete):
2 Sessions/Week:
$300/month per athlete (8 sessions total).
3 Sessions/Week:
$400/month per athlete (12 sessions total).
Group Discount for 4 Athletes
When a group of 4 athletes registers together, each athlete receives a 15% discount.
Discounted 2 Sessions/Week = $255/month per athlete.
Discounted 3 Sessions/Week = $340/month per athlete.
Commitment Discounts
2-Month Commitment (Paid Upfront): Additional 5% discount.
3-Month Commitment (Paid Upfront): Additional 10% discount.
Free Trial Offer 1 Free Week (up to 2 sessions) for new athletes and groups to experience the program.
