Our semi private sessions are designed to address the specific needs of each athlete. Whether you're in a skill, mid-skill, or big-skill position, we tailor each session to enhance your strength, speed, agility, and resilience. This personalized approach is focused on optimizing your athletic growth and improving your in-game performance.
All Inclusive Training
Small Group Sessions:
Each 75-minute session focuses on two critical areas: strength and agility. Sessions start with weightlifting to build the power and resilience needed for football, followed by an on-field agility workout aimed at refining technical skills and increasing speed. Athletes can choose between training 2x or 3x per week.
Group Programs:
Beginning January 2025, we will be offering consistent tailored training programs for athletes that are eager to train consistently during their off seasons. While private lessons are offered year round to accommodate busy lifestyles while ensuring the discipline and consistency necessary for long-term development.
Training Purpose:
Our training is structured for continuous improvement. Through regular training, athletes can monitor their progress, enhancing both strength and agility, leading to noticeable performance gains when they return to the field.

With 5 years of experience as a professional athlete, Maleki Harris knows firsthand what it takes to compete at the highest level. As a former CFL player with the Calgary Stampeders and BC Lions, and a standout at South Alabama University, he brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to every session.
