All Inclusive Training

Training Sessions:
Each 60-minute session focuses on two critical areas: strength and agility. Sessions start with weightlifting to build the power and resilience needed for football, followed by an on-field agility workout aimed at refining technical skills and increasing speed.

Training Schedule:
To support consistent progress, athletes can opt for a monthly training plan with either two or three sessions per week. This flexible schedule accommodates busy lifestyles while ensuring the discipline and consistency necessary for long-term development.

Training Purpose:
Our programs are structured for continuous improvement. Through regular training, athletes can monitor their progress, enhancing both strength and agility, leading to noticeable performance gains when they return to the field.

With 5 years of experience as a professional athlete, Maleki Harris knows firsthand what it takes to compete at the highest level. As a former CFL player with the Calgary Stampeders and BC Lions, and a standout at South Alabama University, he brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to every session.
